For assignments for private individuals we register:
Name, Address, Phone and Email.
For assignments for companies, we also list the name of the contact person and organization number. When recruiting personnel, we process the information to document information about the educational background, previous experience and, if applicable, references to prepare and complete the recruitment process and to enter into a contract of employment. Upon employment, submitted documents are stored and registered in the company’s personal system for the sole purpose of managing the employment relationship and the information is subject to very limited access.
The applications that do not result in recruitment will be shredded, if the applicant does not request / permit the company to keep the documents in order to evaluate them for future positions. Personal information is not disclosed to others without the legal basis or order for such disclosure and we never ask for more information than necessary to handle the matter. Personal data are stored as long as necessary to fulfill requirements related to the purpose for which the information was obtained.
